Johanna Knöpfles Werk gibt dem Moment Gestalt, in dem ein Urvertrauen ins Wanken gerät, und wir uns der Fragilität des Lebens bewusst werden. Es beschreibt die Konfrontation mit etwas, das im Leben unumkehrbar ist.

Zentrales Thema meiner künstlerischen Arbeit ist die Beziehung.
Die Auseinandersetzung mit der Beziehung beinhaltet:
die der Werke und Materialien untereinender, die alles umfassende zu Raum und Zeit, die Zwischenmenschliche und die zu sich selbst. Dabei übersetze ich in meiner Arbeit eigene Erfahrungen und Gefühle, um sie in eine universelle Sprache zu übersetzen, um die existentiellen menschlichen Fragen, Bedürfnisse und Verhaltensweisen darzustellen und anzusprechen.
Die hier gezeigte Auswahl an Werken umfasst das ganze Spektrum in dem ich arbeite. Sie zeigen exemplarisch meine Handschrift in den verschiedenen Genres.

Vermittlung und Verkauf
Mein malerisches und bildhauerisches Werk beinhaltet eine Vielzahl an bereits entstandenen Arbeiten, die zum Verkauf stehen. Mal ist es Liebe auf den ersten Blick und ein anderes Mal ein längerer Prozess, den ich beratend begleite.
Zu meinen zusätzlichen Tätigkeiten gehören: Auftragsarbeiten, Kunst und Kulturvermittlung, kuratorische Arbeit und Raumkonzepte.
